Foursquare Gospel Church in Nigeria Mafon2,NNPC Zone Egbe District is one of the last Barley Harvest Church Initiation of the Foursquare Gospel Church in Nigeria. Planted by the Festac District Youth under the leadership of Rev. Abel Abiamu who was the Youth Minister for the District. Founded in April 2009 the church started with a family of 5 grew to 25 members within six months with Pastor Oluwashina. The Festac District under the directive of Rev. Felix Meduoye was splitted into two by the National and mainly Festac District and Egbe District. Rev. Samuel Adebayo Badejo became the first District Overseer of Egbe District and through the District delination FGC Mafon2 was grouped with Egbe District. Rev. Kehinde was was the Zonal Superintendent of NNPC at the take off of Egbe District. 2010 the church went through a serious shaking when the Assistant Pastor and his family Pastor Leo Aruwonye was moved with his family to Ilepo church. Another set of four left the church because of relocation only the oluwashina's were left again but surprising after four months when the church did not grow according to the District Overseer who gave the church three months to grow to three times their strength before three months the church grew to a worship member of 20 after the crusade of the Missions Directorate in 2010. Rev. David Oluwashina's support and the Missions Directorate will never be forgotten. The church received a new look of 97% children and 3% adult. Foursquare Gospel Church Mafon2 became a children's church suddenly and this is still the status of the church till date. Planted in the midst of 10 vibrant churches,on the day of inauguration of the church the Cherubim and Seraphim Move,ment Church behind the church their P.A system overshadowed the one used by the church such that it was their own voices thats aired in our P.A system. To the glory of God the church has a muslim family,Catholics who drop their children for service. The church has received four babies immediately after dedication. Babies are part of our worshippers with their younger sisters bringing them to church. The effort of the International Foursquare Gospel Church will not be forgotten when they sent us materials for the use of the children. The church because of the difficulty expeienced in the first place of worship Wisdomlass College, we prayed to God and God used the then Youth Zonal Minister of Association Avenue Pastor Ajiboso who God led to give the church his school Prime Solid School for the use of the church. Pastor (Mrs.) Adebukola Oluwashina has Assisted her husband in the Pastoring of the church. We also thank God for our father and Senior Pastor Rev. and Pastor (Mrs.) Arowosafe who have consistently supported us and the church. Rev. Amodu the Zonal Suprintendent of Association Avenue church also will not be forgotten.

Presently with 3 Accepted adults and 28 children, 5 children baptised by water and two of our children who can handle Sunday school and bible study the scripture is already fulfilled that out of the mouth of sucklings and babes God has ordained His praise.
